Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that there should be no lapse in the programmes of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi to be held in Bhopal and Shahdol on June 27. Programmes should be disciplined, systematic and encouraging. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan was directing the officers in the meeting at Samatva Bhavan, the residence office regarding the preparations for the arrival of Prime Minister Shri Modi in the state. Tribal Affairs and Scheduled Castes Welfare Minister Sushri Meena Singh, Public Health and Family Welfare Minister Dr. Prabhuram Choudhary, Chief Secretary Shri Iqbal Singh Bains, Director General of Police Shri Sudhir Saxena and senior officers were present. The commissioner and collector of Shahdol division joined virtually.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that Prime Minister Shri Modi will visit Bhopal on June 27. He will flag off Vande Bharat trains for Jabalpur and Indore from Rani Kamlapati Railway Station here. After this, he will attend the programme to be held at Motilal Nehru Stadium in Bhopal. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that planning for seating arrangements should be done in advance at the programme venue. Make better preparations for every arrangement related to the programme. In relation to the arrangements for Prime Minister's arrival, try to improve the system by co-ordinating with the people's representatives.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that Prime Minister Shri Modi will go to Shahdol from Bhopal on the same day and will participate in the programmes to be held in the district. He said that a glimpse of rural environment and tribal culture should be visible in the programme to be held at Pakaria near Shahdol. Shahdol commissioner and collector informed about the preparations for the programme.
