Akash Vijayvargiya elected unopposed as IDCA president, Surendra Sharma congratulates

Akash Vijayvargiya was elected unopposed as the president of IDCA, one of India's most prestigious cricket associations. Cabinet Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya, who had served as the organization's president for 16 years, proposed Akash's name and all the present members unanimously elected Akash Vijayvargiya as their president.

A meeting of IDCA was held at Gymkhana Stadium on Saturday. Akash Vijayvargiya was proposed for the post of president. The members of the association unanimously approved Akash's name. After that, the outgoing president Kailash Vijayvargiya, addressing the journalists, said that, everyone wanted Akash to be the president, so I proposed his name. All the members unanimously accepted his name. Vijayvargiya said that IDCA is not an institution but a family. It has made good progress. Half of our team is in Ranji Trophy. Our players are playing in the Indian team. There is still a need to work hard.
